Stopping eating puts a break on your metabolism and your body stops losing weight. Breakfast will kick start your metabolism in the day.

Eating at home allows you to know exactly what you are putting into your meals. When you eat out there is the possibility of lard, grease, fat, salt, sugar, chemicals, carcinogens, food coloring, and etc. On top of this you will save money and learn to improve your cooking.
