What is the best way to get rid of love handles without exercise? To remove love handles we need to lose weight. Okay? So what is the best way to lose weight you might ask? Thats where I come in as I used to weight a staggering 317 lbs, I was huge, and equally unhappy.
Here are some simple rules to shed away those pesky pounds:
- Make sure you have yourself a FULL good night of sleep, this helps you lose weight because the body releases human growth hormone which promotes lean muscle mass, hence muscle in place of fat, hence no love handles.
- Drink a coffee every day, this heats up your body and causes you to remove any unwanted fat through sweating, also in the coffee, the caffeine levels make your body search for an energy source, that source? FAT! drinking coffee burns fat!
- Keep any of that saturated fat to a minimum, by that I mean below four grams, now this is because the physical body finds it harder to digest saturated fat, or saturated anything for that matter, so keep this to a minimum and it will help you lose those horrible ripples.
- Drink only semi-skimmed or skimmed milk, as you may already know, whole milk contains a lot more fat than you think, and can fur up your arteries nicely, which is a horrible thought, so leave that on the supermarket shelf.
These tips are valuable and I am living proof of this particular diets effectiveness.
