Lose Fat Without Exercising - It's Easy

You can do this today with no grief and without exercising, and by keeping to these simple guidelines I was able to lose around 30lbs in as many days. So what are these simple guidelines, well here are the ones that spring to mind it's easy.

  • Try to keep your diet to around 30% protein and around 55% carbohydrates, keeping the saturated fat levels below 5 grams, this one is easy, just focus on eating lean meats such as chicken and tuna, eggs are okay but avoid frying them, scrambled eggs are much more healthy and the protein is not destroyed as a result of the frying, this will help you lose fat.
  • Never skip a breakfast, this one is important because breakfast sets off your metabolism, your fat burning engine which dictates just how fast your physical body will burn calories, so you want to keep your metabolism high.
  • Instead of eating 3 or four large meals a day, try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals, these are more manageable for the body and this habit will combat the risk of excess food that was not properly digested being stored as fatty deposits.
  • Drink plenty of clean fluids, the best of which is water but fruit flavoured cordial is just fine.
  • A bit of what you like every once in a while wont hurt you, remember low calorie diets do not work, you need calories to keep the metabolism fired up.

If you keep to these guidelines you are on a sure road that will help you lose fat without exercising.
