The first thing you must understand is that your ability to lose body fat AND keep it off has nothing to do with dieting. Diets will never help you to keep the weight off for good. Diets are only a short term answer to lose weight but will never teach you how to keep it off. The entire purpose of a diet is to give you a meal plan to follow that will allow you to lose body fat. The problem with that meal plan is that there is no way you can include it with your daily routine for a long period of time.
